This week’s updates;

• Visit Sleat members are invited to a meeting at Talla Dearg, Hotel Eilean Iarmain this Thursday, 19 March starting at 19:30. A chance for VS members to network and swap promotional materials.
• Emma Micski is our new Social Enterprise Administrator. Emma will start in this new Trust role on the 20th of April
• Our Post Office Community Fund application has been submitted. This funding to give us better front and side access to our shop along with external storage facilities. Fingers crossed for a successful application!
• Arrangements are being made to construct the north part of our wireless broadband network during the first week of April.
• Board meeting for Sleat Renewables next Thursday at 6pm..
• The next winter talk from the Trust’s environment group is on Wednesday at 7.30pm at Ardvasar Hall. The talk is titled "An Underground Journey (to find out how plants really grow)" and will be presented by James Merryweather. All Welcome.
• Thanks for all the Sleat postcard photograph’s sent in to date.  Closing date for entries is 22nd March. Please submit your images by email to office@sleat.org.uk or through our Facebook or Twitter pages.
• The Trust’s Events committee and the Environment group have meetings this week.
