• Donations keep coming in for our Think Tank project and also there are new pledges on our Fundrazr giving page. Our new campaign logo was unveiled at our AGM this week and we will be seeing a lot more “Fillup” the petrol pump (did you see what we did there?) over the next weeks and months. • Great turnout at our AGM on Wednesday. Thanks to Grant Holroyd for his interesting and humorous presentation regarding the Coigach/Assynt/Knoydart knowledge visit to Romania. Very worthwhile feedback throughout the meeting and great to see so many stay behind for a drink and a chat.
• Angus will be representing the Trust at the Scottish Rural Parliament in Oban next Thursday and Friday.
• New winter opening hours for Armadale Fuel Station/Post Office as of Monday 3rd November;  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.
• SRL is now receiving orders from Sleat residents for bags of split logs. Introductory price for a m3 bag is £52.50 plus delivery. Call the office on 01471 844773 if you wish to order.
• Meetings next week for the Trust board and the Environment group.
• We are now accepting news items for the next issue of the An Slèiteach community newsletter. Deadline date for entries is the 11th November.
