Last weekly updates for a fortnight;

• Sleat Renewables Ltd are now part of the Biomass Suppliers List which is a required fuel mark for customers that wish to claim the Renewable Heat Incentive.

• Chris is presenting and hosting a visit to Tormore Forest as part of the Reforesting Scotland conference this weekend in Kyleakin.
• Thanks to Peter Sands, owner of Brae Ord fores,t for his donation of £250 to our Think Tank project for new fuel pumps. Applications to several small charitable trusts have also been made for funding for this project. Filming for a promotional video to aid the fundraising effort will be happening next Thursday and Friday and is being carried out with the help of Sabhal Mor Ostaig students.
• Ruairidh will be representing the Trust as part of a Ceangal G visit to Northern Ireland communities in November.
• We are now accepting news items for the next issue of the An Slèiteach community newsletter. Deadline date for entries is the 11th November.
• Finally, Trust staff will be taking well-earned holidays over the next three weeks. Therefore there will be no updates for a couple of weeks and the office maybe unmanned at certain times. Leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
