Extra-Ordinary General Meeting

The recent Annual General Meeting was a positive and informative morning. However as the meeting was not quite Quorate, ratification of the AGM was not possible.

Sleat Community trust has a very high number of Members - around 440 or 75% or the local eligible population. The AGM needs to be attended by 10% or 44 people. An inquorate AGM is the down-side of such a good level of backing from the community!

An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held in Ardvasar Hall on Thursday 10th December at 7.30pm.
