Forestry

The Forestry Advisory Group recommended to the Board of Directors of SCT and SRL that a valuation is needed for both Tormore forest and an area of land around the football park at Kinloch. The Directors agreed to support this recommendation and the proposal was put to FCS Area Manager Steve Smith. An agreement was reached with FCS to carry out a joint valuation under the National forest Land Scheme and the District Valuer has been asked to prepare valuations for both areas.
