It is planned to survey all caves between Rosemarkie and Eathie this summer, 2011. A group of Rosemarkie Caves Project members went to visit the caves today to check things over and see how we might best conduct the survey.

We looked at 13 of the 19 caves that we know about and renamed one. We try to use local names if we know them, but we only know names for the 3 closest to Rosemarkie ~ Cairds', Second Cave and the Through and Through Cave. All others have been named by us. The Collapsed Cave is now the Gooseberry Cave.
