The excavation of Cairds' Cave from 21st June to 4th July will be lead by Hugo Lamdin-Whymark. Hugo is an established archaeologist with several publications to his name. His expertise is lithics ~ the usage of stones as tools and their manufacture. He will give a demonstation of flint-knapping during his time with the Rosemarkie Caves Team.
