Pendine and District Bowls Club play their bowls at Llanmiloe a picturesque village some mile and a half from Pendine. The club was founded in 1968 when a few employees of the Ministry of Supply decided to construct a bowling green on the Welfare Field which was originally part of the Ministry of Defence.
