Public Toilets

New public toilets, High Street, Pontneddfechan

Pontneddfechan in the summer of 2011, the old public toilet building has been built around with slate and timber finish.

And now it’s in this sorry state

Why has this allowed to go on so long without be re-addressed

It is on the main entrance to the village of Pontneddfechan in the Vale of Neath, the busy tourist attraction area of waterfall country and opposite the popular Angel pub, with visitors arriving form many parts of the country and overseas, the new public toilet now is a real eyesore to both visitors and residents, what a wonderful advert for the Welsh Tourist Board

The cost of this new toilet was approx. £150k

The best selected materials were used

Who is the councillor in charge? What is he doing about it? Where is the builder that he hasn’t rectified the problem?

This should have been addressed as urgent due to the tourist’s area well before the start of the season which is now under way.
