Council not funding Christmas Lights this year

 A notice on Facebook has announced that a public meeting has been arranged at the Constitutional Club on Wednesday 29th October at 7pm to discuss how the community can ensure 'festive cheer' at Christmas in the wake of the NPT Council's decision not to fund Neath's Christmas lights.
