New to our area - a local TV channel

Just recently launched is the Buffoon TV channel, who are based at Aberavon.

To find out more about them we did a GOOGLE search:

The website address is:  http://www.buffoon.tv/   From which you will see the opening screen:

This is NOT part of the YouTube set up. We have been told that Buffoon TV have their own server facility - so you have to log on to the link we mentioned above to see their content. This means we cannot show their items like we can with YouTube productions.   

We must admit that were a little confused when we found a Buffoon TV video on YouTube - they are obviously not related.

Video company shines spotlight on local community

Today sees the launch of a brand new community television channel, showcasing the positive projects going on in Swansea Bay and the surrounding area. The new online TV channel, created by Buffoon Film and Media will aim to shine a positive light on the local community. The debut episode will feature the work of Neath Port Talbot credit union, and Neath Afan Gymnastics, among others.

The new online TV channel is launching online at www.buffoon.tv and will serve as a platform to show all the good work going on in the Swansea Bay area. The channel which will post a new episode every month will focus on a wide variety of local projects. Buffoon TV is always looking for positive projects to feature from Tourism to Volunteering it is looking to shine the spotlight on Swansea Bay. Buffoon TV wants to break through the negative perceptions and show the good work going on all over Swansea Bay.

Adam Amor (left) founder of Buffoon TV said “Positive initiatives often get overlooked, this platform wants to show the great initiatives going on all over the local community, and what better way than a dedicated channel!”.
