This Tesco Express store at Waunceirch sells postage stamps and greetings cards - but there is no where to post them.   The Royal Mail has dismissed the need for a mail collection box at the store, despite all the larger Tesco stores having one.  It seems that the Royal Mail will NOT listen to the needs of their customers.  Letters to the Post Office Chief Executive and the Postal Review Panel have had no positive results.

Last Christmas many elderly residents could not post cards because of the lack of this facility.   The Post Office confirm that no new mail collection box has been added to the Bryncoch area for the past 50 years despite several large housing developments.

The Tesco Express store is one of the busiest spots in the area, being opposite the Waunceirch Junior Primary School and adjacent to the Owain Glyndwr Community Centre.
