War Memories wanted

Do you, or anyone you know, have personal memories of the events of World War 2 around Neath or Port Talbot?  Were any of you stationed at RAF Fairwood, or did any of you man the gun positions across town and around the coastal areas?  We are compiling a photographic book of World War 2 installations in South West Wales (as they are now), from airfields to air raid shelters, gun placements and bunkers and would like to have as many stories as possible to add a personal and human aspect to the photographs.
