This is an artists impression of what a part of Neath could be like in the future.   Do you recognise the area?   The stone building on the right is the former registry office, which is a listed building, and is still standing.  Next to it is a building on the spot where Boots the Chemist is at the present time.  No doubt many other impressions will be seen before the development starts.
