Local Development Plan for Neath

It's in the menu (LDP) - a report by a councillor who is on the planning committee.   Because of her privilaged position she cannot express her views, only report and the plans and proposals.

At a community meeting last Saturday the main concern was the further road traffic congestion that is likely to arise.    Building more house is one matter - having the roads to cater for the increased traffic is another.   The question residents are asking is: will road schemes and improvements be considered BEFORE the houses are built?
