The ever popular Portree Market is held in the Skye Gathering Hall (opposite the Royal Bank of Scotland in Portree) in the middle of every month 10am - 5pm.

The market dates  for 2008 are as follows:

March 25th - 27th
April 15th - 17th
May 20th - 22nd
June 17th - 19th
July 15th - 17th
August 12th - 14th
September 16th - 18th

Between market days, produce from the marketeers can be bought from the Portree Craft Gallery (upstairs in the Skye Gathering Hall) Monday -Saturday 10am - 4pm
