This ancient healing therapy (pronounced RayKey) stretches back to ancient Tibet.

Reiki means spiritually guided 'life force' energy or Chi in Chinese.

With the use of laying on of hands over the chakras balance and harmony can be brought back into the body allowing it to heal itself. It is a deeply relaxing experience.

The person is fully clothed while the treatment is carried out.
