I have used Jon to both sweep a chimney and fit a multi-fuel stove in my property. Aside from the relevant professional qualifications he holds to perform both tasks competently, he is also reliable, experienced and helpful. I can highly recommend him without hesitation. Jon came to sweep my chimney originally. He assessed the recent woodburner I had fitted and endured a refit from this firm ( who were HETAS registered) Jon identified that the burner was not fitted correctly and let me with the option to have a refit from himself with a reason price. I contacted Jon once I had made up my mind and he promptly came to problem solve my dilemma as this was not a straight forward swap. He also provided an effective solution. Very pleased with the result. Jon came to sweep my chimney originally. I struggled to locate a HETAS approved installer in My area, due to buildings regs and new policies when selling your home I wanted to be sure of a quality installation. This business was recommended by a friend and I have to say the service we received was faultless which is rare these days!! He came out and explained in lay mansand terms what was required. He made it uncomplicated and soon got to work. Turned up when he said he was going to, tidied up afterwards, I was so pleased. He also explained how to use the new stove and also how to Maintain, he was a font of knowledge, I was so Pleased I would highly recommend.

Me and my fiancé was recommended to use Midland Master Sweeps by a friend and when Jon arrived to price up the job he was very detailed and honest from day 1. Jon fitted our first stove and we were that impressed with his work and professionalism that we hired Jon again to fit our second stove. Jon worked around to what we wanted, and adhered to any personal touches by fitting a wooden beam and a stone that we supplied. Jon also made sure that everything was safely done and he has since regularly got in contact to see if there has been any issues. Nothing was too much trouble with Jon and he would not leave until everything was properly finished and that is what you want in a tradesman. I would highly recommend Jon for his work and more importantly his aftercare Me and my fiancé was recommended to use Midland Master Sweeps by a friend and when Jon arrived to price up the job he was very detailed and honest from day 1.
