Winter Glare - Part 1
The low winter sun can cause unpleasant and sometimes unbearable glare problems, whether you're indoors or out.
What to do!
Well, outdoors you need a skip-cap and good sunglasses - polarised ones are best. Indoors, lower those blinds or position yourself with your back to the window. This may mean rearranging your room, but ideally your TV should be far away from your window so you're not facing the glare.
For more information or to find out if you qualify for a free NHS eye examination in your own home call 0141 611 9696.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
