A customer in Gorse Covert, Birchwood was unable to lock his door due to a problem with the secondary door that the main door locked into. The multipoint lock on the secondary door was one I hadnt seen before so unidentified.
This is what makes locksmithing so good, customers who are nearly always happy to see you and of course the job is always varied. After checking the lock I was happy find it was working correctly but needed an adjustment to get it working correctly thus allowing the main door to be be locked.
