> Just an update about our plans for the club; firstly Grant, Peter and Gail have been in discussions about a few things and how we are going to manage them.  We have come up with a bit of a plan but are always open to suggestions.
>
> Plant sale - the community centre has closed for the foreseeable future and although we were offered an opportunity to have our sale outside, at this stage that doesn't look feasible as there will undoubtedly still be restrictions in place.  So we have decided to cancel the plant sale, I'll put a notice on social media, northern scot etc in the next few days.

> Plants for the sale - We have plugs, which we had already ordered, which Peter has potted up and we will hopefully use the majority of these for the lamppost planters and beds.  We are working on the assumption that restrictions might be relaxed by the time we need to plant them up, although we might need just one person to plant a bed as part of their daily exercise if anyone wants plants, as I'm sure there will be plenty spare, we would appreciate a small donation and they can be dropped off or left out for you (again depending on restrictions).  If you have planted seeds already for the sale they can be used in the beds or offered up to members and maybe the public depending how many spare we have. If you haven't planted yet, please save them for next year.

> Basket appeal - with us not holding the plant sale but hopefully still planting up the planters we may go ahead with the fundraising appeal as the plants will have been paid for. Your thoughts on that would be appreciated.
>
> Flower Show - This is a tricky one, as we have no idea what situation we will be in by the time August comes round. We are already seeing events in August starting to be cancelled but we came to the decision that we should still print this year's schedules and if we don't go ahead with it, the schedules will remain valid for next year.  That means making a decision later on so we'll revisit it in a few months time.
