Hi James, I've only just stumbled across your site and am delighted to hear of someone else who's enthusiastic about our sadly neglected original repertoire. I'd love to catch up with you at some point and chew the fat about your ideas and some of the things I've been trying to do over the years. Anyway, for now I just thought I'd let you know about an upcoming concert that I'll be doing with Grimethorpe in Canterbury in May that I'm sure you'd be interested in. Grimethorpe Aria is on the programme, along with the Horovitz Euphonium Concerto and Cloudcatcher Fells. The second half will be the Stephen Roberts transcription of The Planets.
Anyway, good on you for your site, I'm sure sometimes you must feel like a voice in the wilderness, but keep fighting the good fight :-)
