Last Saturday saw us do our fundraising shinty dribble from Laxford Bridge to the Kinlochbervie Hotel. The weather was absolutely terrible, heavy rain and strong wind but the youngsters kept their spirits up and got on with the job, taking turns in groups of 3-5, a mile and a half at a time. Lots of cars stopped to throw money in our bucket which was really appreciated. We reached the KLB Hotel 2hrs 48 minutes after we started, all of us soaked to the skin but otherwise good! We have raised in excess of £500 but won't know tha total until all the sponsor forms have been returned. Well done all who took part, extra well done to Heather, Duncan, Shona and Paula who walked the entire way!!
