The floral barrels with poles & pole tops that Nairn residents may remember used to adorn Castle Square are back thanks to a joint venture between KNC & new sponsor, Redmayne Bentley. William Wordie, Branch Manager, remarked "The streetscape redevelopment at Castle Square left it dull & bland. The new planters will provide all year round colour, not just for the townsfolk of Nairn, but also for the many visitors using the seating here."

Nairn Ward responded to a request by KNC to purchase five new barrels which have been planted up with perennials for all year round interest & the pole tops will have seasonal bedding. All the plants are suplied by Greens Nurseries.
