Who we are:

Occombe Farm is run by the Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust - a unique local conservation charity dedicated to looking after the wildlife and heritage of Torbay. The overall aim of Occombe Farm is to reconnect people with food, farming and the countryside and to have a profound effect on the local food culture of South Devon. As well as a Farm Shop, Butchers, Bakery, Cafe, Education Centre and Nature Trail, it also has a large community garden.

The Occombe Farm Community Garden is managed by several horticulture students and hosts regular volunteer days. If you would like to help, send an email to Laura using the address at the top of this page to find out what's involved and when you can go along.

The garden has beautifully designed raised beds, a field garden and 2 polytunnels. As well as producing food, you can also cook it in the garden - in their clay oven!
