We like discussing things. And the livelier, the better. We enjoy our conversations in the various communities we visit, and have many thank-yous for kind hosts and generous hospitality.

So we've been keen for a while to find a way to open up discussion on this site so that everyone can join in. And now an opportunity has come about.

There's a new European web portal called STELLA. It's to encourage science teachers across Europe, to enable them to exchange ideas and information, and to develop idea for new projects together.

One of the components of STELLA is a high-quality discussion forum, and they've very kindly made it available to the Highland Science Festival – to everyone who comes to events and to everyone who visits this site.

So it's now possible to take up an issue here and go straight in to the discussion forum.
