A great week of sport with the trout now spreading out over the lake,  feeding mostly around 6'' under the surface. 

22 rods caught 85 for a rod average of 3.86.  Plenty of good quality fish over 2lb coming out. 

Graham Coombes had a cracking fish around 3lb on damsel nymph. 

A good couple of hours fishing resulted in 5 rainbow's over 2lb for Andy Smart on PTN. 

Other anglers finding success on small dries such as grey duster and brown hopper,  due to mild weather. 

Get the speed of retrieve right or let the wind carry your nymph round to get the best results and takes are plentiful. 

The new stock fish seem to have stirred the resident fish up and helped spread them out.
