The new stocking of trout seem to have settled down with some good catches. Rod av 2.25 mostly catching on damsels around 4' down. Fish averaging around 2lb. Also try diawl bachs and buzzers. Well worth floating a daddy on the surface. Quite a lot of weed around at the moment causing problems for those fishing deep, seems clearer as you get to the deeper water. The weed seems to be hanging around longer this year due to the warm days we are having.
