42 rods caught 97 fish at an average 2.3 per rod

Best fish: Chris Lowe from Walmley with a 7lb rainbow on a white lure.

Dave Bagley had a 3.5lb brown on a damsel nymph.

Still plenty of fish caught on buzzers and diawl bachs .

A lot of fish caught in the 2 to 2.5 lb range.

Over 22 carp out of Specimen Pool last week

Regular Dave Taylor had 3 twenty-pound fish best a 21lb common.

The Fisherwick Open was won on the Match Lake with 57lb by Rob Harper: some stiff competition with plenty back-up weights in the high 40lb mark.
