Thieves Break in for metal

A night raid by thieves has resulted in a metal lighting pillar being taken for scrap metal.   The thieves are unaware that the item is worth more as a memorablia item of the Empire that its value as scrap.   The police have been informed and are looking into the matter.

The demolition company have warned people to keep out of the building as their are putting themselvies at risk - including the dangers of abestoes fibres.

Anyone with information of the stolen item is request to contact Neath Police station.
