Lights on - what is happening?

The lights have been left on for the past few days.   We have no idea of what is happening.   The police say work is going on (at 9:45 pm at night?).  Councillors (including those on the planning committee) know nothing about it.

No planning application has yet been granted.

As lights left on in an unattended building is a potential fire hazard, the Neath Fire Service have been asked to check.

Has anyone got any answers to this mystery?

LATE NEWS ... We understand that a special fire watch is now being kept on this building - as we all know what happened to the Gwyn Hall some years ago.
