Demolish Application

NPT Council Planning Department has received a planning application to demolish the Empire building to build 12 flats for social housing.   The application has been received from Coastal  Housing Swansea.

Some residents think that the building could be put to better use in the form of a community youth or fitness centre that would benefit hundreds or even thousands of residents as opposed to just 12 flats.

There is means on the council website to oppose this planning application - but you must act quickly.
