The PC tool is now out, and work is well underway on the CPC code.  I've even gone as far as converting the entire Spectrum program over to the CPC just to test the engine.

You should be able to find a downloadable version for the CPC and the latest Spectrum version (3.4) over at the AGD forums.  The PC editor can be found here.

I'm also looking into doing a version 4 for the Spectrum, for those specialists who want a little bit more functionality.
