First Thoughts

Getting started in observational astronomy can be quite challenging. There are lots of decisions to be made: what telescope to get, which eyepieces, what objects to look at, GoTo or manual control, how much to spend? It can be a bit daunting. I've had to answer some of these questions too, and hopefully I can share my experiences with you here.
