Planning & Schedule

Example of how the whole process of a major drive transformation is done:

1) Customer call us for a quote.

2) We meet on site to discuss what needs doing, measure the working area and provide an instant official quote on a business card, within few hours by email, or within 2 working days by post for written requested quotes or large projects. Our quotes are always free and there are no limitations on the amount of visits needed upon customer request.

3) If given quote is accepted, we schedule a start date which is also convenient to customer.

4) We present customer the official contract along with the 7-day cancellation notice. Contract is then signed and countersigned. This process can also be done electronically. If meanwhile there are changes to the initial project, we alter the contract accordingly and update it for the customer.

5) We assess the working area and perform initial preparations, place pavement cones and other safety measures.

6) We check utility cables underground via metal detector.

7) Bury/deviate/reinstall any TV cables, boxes etc which may be in the way.

8) We bring the digger on the site. For most of projects this process should last a full day, but large projects may take longer. Making sure any manhole covers, walls, cables and pipes are safe and sound during work.

9) We bring the grab lorry on the site for waste removal. This process comes right after digging has been completed. Grab lorry will simultaneously bring the hardcore on site.

10) When all debris on the working site has been cleared away from the grab lorry, the same area is initially levelled and run over. Thereafter the hardcore is spread, levelled and run over one more time using the digger.

11) Perform the rest of the steps, as described at this page.

12) Clean any mess on the road and surrounding areas.

13) We notify customer of the finishing day of the project. Any additional questions they may ask will be welcome.

14) On completion day we invite customer to view the completed project. Should they be happy with everything, we present them the final invoice and the Warranty. Payment finalizes the project.

15) Upon preference, we may present customer the before & after memorable photos of the project for their satisfaction. We may call in approx 4 weeks time to enquire how everything is going.

IMPORTANT: The improvement work carried out to your property could involve a certain level of disruption to your daily schedule, dust, noise and mess during working hours of the day. We may need access to your tap water source and/or plug in an extension lead to your power outlet during the work process. Additionally, we may cause limitations to car parking or usage of entrance steps during our work. However, every effort will be made to keep these to a minimum.

Therefore, its important you speak with us before/during preparation and main stage for any special requests, if any.
