First meeting of 2016
After sampling the world of Digital radio last night at the club meeting, using Yaesu's System Fusion, the next stage of our digital learning curve, will be at the first meeting of 2016, when Michael Lockwood, G1XCC, will be attending the club to talk to us on DMR. Michael established the first DMR repeater in the UK, and is a book of knowledge in all things Motorola (you don't have to have a Motorola radio for DMR though!). He will be bringing along a repeater and some equipment, when you may try DMR for yourself. If possible, it would be nice to have a good turnout, as Michael is travelling quite a way, unpaid, for this talk. See you on the 14th. January 2016 at 7.30pm at Colburn Village Hall.
Non members of the club may attend free!
