- a SAE (minimum A5 2nd class postage per horse, bigger for multiple entries), A4 envelope with 1st class large envelope stamp recommended

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES 30th JUNE. If you wish to enter after this date ring the organiser first to confirm if spaces are available. Late entries subject to additional late entry fee of £10 per horse.
ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED
SAE will be sent back to you approximately one week before the ride. They will contain ride information, vet sheet(s) and map(s). Information for multiple horses can be sent in a single envelope provided it is big enough for all the sheets and has sufficient postage (may be package rather than letter with details for several horses).
