STAFAA shoots

We've been asked to host 2 shoots this year:
10th May
19th July
I can't make the May one. Can you confirm your availabilty for either date so that we can confirm our decision to STAFAA. By confirm, I mean can you commit to being available to organise the shoot, help tidy the course and / or help manage the shoot on the day. If we don't have enough people in each category, then we can't go ahead. I reckon that it needs a minimum of one person to Organise the shoot, a minimum of 2 people to make the course in order and a minimum of 3 to manage the shoot on the day.
These are absolute minimums .
None of them are particularly difficult and there is info available to help with the organising and running tasks that I'll upload when I can find the documents!
