On Friday 29th November, we signed the Memorandum & Articles of our new community company, Camuscross Community Initiative in the presence of witness Neil MacGillivray. 

We will soon be sending out membership forms and we encourage anyone who wants to have a say in what the company does or who supports developments for the benefit of the community of Camuscross to become a member. 

By becoming a member, you will not only show your support for the new company, but will be able to stand as a director, nominate directors, vote in elections (if there are more nominations than directorships), vote on matters at the AGM and call an EGM if there is an urgent matter.

We expect to ask for nominations for the new directors within a couple of months.
