Dear

Re: Former Cat Hill Campus, EN4 8HU : Planning Application Ref: P12-02266PLA

Further to the new application by L&Q for a development on the grounds of the former Middlesex University campus at Cat Hill, please take this letter as my serious opposition to these new plans.

It seems that only cosmetic changes have been made to the original application with little attention paid to the original grounds for refusal. I consider the following still of major concern, and legitimare reasons for you to refuse this second application. (this sentence for Enfield /Mayor, for Councillors, MPs, please replace sentence with: 'reasons for you to request Enfield Council refuse this second application).

The density-ratio of the development is far too great, with serious impact on the following

1. Parking

2. Road infrastructure

3. Drainage

4. Schools

5. Local transport

6. Doctors/Dentists/Hospitals

The height of the buldings proposed is not in keeping with the area and the development could be an ecological disaster for the area. Cat Hill campus is a thriving woodland area, containing trees hundreds of years old which in turn support a wide variety of animal and bird life (including European Protected Species).

Please take serious note of my opposition to these plans, as I know my concerns are shared by many other residents in the area,

Yours sincerely
