There were mixed results this week.  On Monday the gents lost in the final to Airdrie Central but on Thursday retained the Laney Triples.  The match against Victoria was of a high quality and the result was in doubt right up until the last ends were played.  Well done to all concerned.

The Monkland Bowling ties on Tuesday resulted in wins in the singles and triples competitions but we suffered a narrow defeat in he pairs. The semi finals of this competition will be held at Garrowhill on Tuesday 15th August.
