It is with the greatest regret and a heavy heart that I have to inform all her friends at Caldercraig and beyond that Mavis died yesterday. I know that I speak for all when I say that she was one of the most loveable and loved members of the club during her many years in membership prior to her return to her home in England a few years ago. Mavis will be sorely missed by her family and friends but she will always be remembered by those who had the pleasure of her companionship both on and off the green.
