We are compiling a Directory of member's e-mail addresses. This will be used by the club to keep members informed of events, AGM notices, financial statements and other items of interest to some or all members. If properly used it could greatly reduce postage, telephonic and other costs. To make it viable we need a good response from members and we are seeking your approval to include your details in the directory.

Be advised that the club is signed up with the Data Protection Registrar and your details will be included only with your express permission. Those of you who do not wish to have your details made known to other club members  will not be included in the Club Directory. In this circumstance, you will not be included in the mailing list and will not be sent details as they are published.
