The Beardies and I are just back from a trip to Sussex, where we stayed in the lovely village of Fulking. Here are some pictures of the family enjoying the South Downs way - and one of the sign of the local pub, The Shepherd and Dog!  I have never seen a Beardie inn sign before - has anyone else?
