The second ever BIG was opened by Avoch Sea Cadets and included an increased number of local charities, organisations, churches etc plus a number of local small businesses who benefited greatly from attending.

Again, feedback was overwhelmingly positive, but one or two participants said 'do we have to be in the gym'!  The gyms are good for bigger activity such as boat-rigging, but they are slightly off the beaten track. 

We listen to our feedback so in 2009 we are going to try not to use the school gyms which are a bit cold and echoey (and if you were as dire at gym as Verity may have a few unwanted associations!).  This may mean the event spreads along the corridors and into the theatre area as well as using the main entrance/canteen area for the school.  BIG is getting bigger.
