New Database For LKP

Leasehold Knowledge Partership (LKP) a sister site of Carlex, has much like Peverel Action, received many requests to suggest a managing agent or law firm, especially to guide leaseholders through the Right To Manage process.

LKP has now decided to set up a database to give publicity to some of the "good firms".

Of course, everyone should take sensible caution before appopinting anyone. that said it should prove helpful in avoiding the worst of the sharks out there.

Any such firm, or indeed leaseholder who has used a good firm should contact LKP.

Peverel Action is very pleased by this initiative. It is another positive step in the battle for justice for leaseholders.
