Glenmore Cross Country Piste Machine

Glenmore Piste Charity was set up in 2010 as the result of the aquisition of a Bombardier BR160 Cross Country Track Cutter/Piste Machine. Since then the machine has been used to cut XC ski tracks in Glenmore Forest, near to Aviemore within the central part of the Cairngorms National Park.
The charitable purpose is:
"The advancement of public participation in sport"
The charitable objects are:
"The objects of the charity are to promote the advancement of amateur sport and health by encouraging cross country skiing through the creation of professional ski tracks accessible to all cross country skiers when snow conditions are suitable"
