One very happy Lead Fr. Stephen Robertson
The Brisbane at Largs Triumphant Rink.
Lead Fr. Stephen Robertson, 2nd Fr. Gordon Hind, 3rd Fr. Jason Reid and Skip Fr. William Houston.
With the rink winning 3 of the 4 section games, a very exiting final game against Cunningham took place, the score being 4 shots each going into the last end, Cunningham laying 4 shots with one last Brisbane at Largs bowl left to come. But you know the luck of bowling the last bowl rubbed of a short bowl on the way into the head and landed right at the jack. Commiserations to Cunningham Preceptory and Congratulations to Brisbane at Largs Preceptory. The winning rink would like to pass on to Springside Bowling Club ladies their thanks for excellent food and to the green staff for a first rate green. An enjoyable day was had by all and look forward to defending the trophy next year.
