Sad news that Harry Michie passed away on Thur 14th September. Harry was a highly respected long term and Honorary Member of Beauly Bowling Club and exceptional Scottish Bowls coach since 1994. His passing is a great loss to the Bowling community. The following notice of his passing is as follows:
Henry ( Harry ) passed away peacefully, in his 90th year on Thursday 14th September 2023, in the exceptional care of Strathallan Care Home, Strathpeffer.
Loving husband of Moira, dearly loved father of Alison, Deirdre and David, father-in-law, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and good friend, former Engineer with SSE, Honorary member of Beauly Bowling Club.
Funeral service will be held at Urray West Church, Muir of Ord on Friday, 22nd September 2023, commencing at 1.15 p.m., thereafter to Urray Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited.
Family flowers only please, but a donation, if desired, can be made at the service in aid of The Highland Hospice and Strathallan Care Home Strathpeffer.
