WELCOME to the website that has two main aims:

• To highlight the organ-keyboard societies who have their own websites - see Menu.

• To illustrate a website template (on which this website is based)  that could be used for YOUR ORGAN SOCIETY - what is more, it's FREE!

Hello everyone....

This is a sample template for a website for YOUR ORGAN SOCIETY -- if it has not already got one.  Also in our LINKS section (see 2nd item in Menu) we have listed those who have made their own websites. 

The template is provided free when an organ society official makes an application to: www.spanglefish.com .   The details of the successful application are given in an email to the applicant, who can then put details of the society on the new website.   It is a DIY website for the applicant to update and maintain as and when required.   It is flexible and allows total freedom.

The website and hosting is absolutely free with unobtrusive Google adverts - similar to those appearing on this sample website. However, there is an option of using the full width of the page with no adverts on a 'gold' version for £24.95 (including VAT) per annum.   In fact, with the 'gold' version it is possible for a society to put on their own advertisements and make a profit. The choice is left to the society.

You are invited to go through the Menu on the left hand side and see the possibilities when YOUR ORGAN SOCIETY has a similar website.

Prospective users should note that there is an on-line manual to give help and advice -- and there is even a users forum for even more help.

The LINKS page (see Menu) gives links to societies that already have a website.   Also in the Menu there is a link to a Spanglefish website for you see another example - KEYBOARD PLAYERS UK.

We urge organ society officials to have a go at making a website for their club or society. No one will see the results of your efforts (except yourselves) until it is advertised or made known to everyone.  When completed tell us at Keyboard News & Chat and we will mention it and make a link to it on this website.   Remember that reciprocal links attract the attention of Google and all the other search engines.

When you get your new website, just delete the welcome message and replace with your own text.  Simple.
